A wedding film is not only what you see. It is the quiet things people say when they forget a camera is near. Your dad's few words before he walks you down the aisle. A friend laughing in the getting-ready room. The line you whisper to each other before anyone else hears it. We call these candid soundbites, and catching them is the part we care about most.
It comes from staying close and staying out of the way. We keep our microphones ready and our presence light, so nothing has to be set up or said twice. Then we weave those real voices through your film, in your own words, exactly as they happened.
Years from now, it is often the sound that brings the whole day back.

Our story
Founded for the moments most films miss
Dario and Kyrill are Toronto wedding videographers with more than a decade behind the camera and hundreds of weddings filmed. They started Silver Leaf to do one thing well: wedding films that document your real moments and stay timeless.
One of us films every wedding. Dario or Kyrill is always there on the day, and every second videographer comes from a pool we have both personally vetted.

Are you a Toronto wedding videographer?
Yes. Silver Leaf is based in Toronto and films throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario, and we are available for destination and international weddings.
What makes your wedding films different?
We film documentary style, so we follow the day as it happens rather than staging it. The result is honest, timeless, and unmistakably yours, never a trendy edit that dates in a few years.
How much does wedding videography cost?

When should we book?
Most couples book nine to eighteen months ahead, especially for peak season dates in Toronto. We cover the booking windows season by season in our guide on how far in advance to book, and the best time to reach out is as soon as you have your date and venue.
Do you offer photography too?
We focus only on wedding films, which lets us do one thing exceptionally well. We are always glad to work alongside your photographer on the day.
