Archive Studios is proof that a venue does not need acreage to film beautifully. It is a historic brick-and-beam space near Richmond and Parliament, flooded with natural light, and Makungu and Warren filled it with the kind of day you feel more than you watch.
Sized for intimate weddings of around 50 seated guests, and named among the best 15 wedding venues in Canada by The Wed, it is the small-and-close option done right.
Small rooms are where documentary films are at their best. The camera lives close to faces, the reactions are right there, and nothing gets lost across a ballroom. For a celebration built around the people in the room, that closeness is everything.
